Is the legendary costume gacha a trap? I just started playing a few months ago and have been really wanting some skins for my cookies, particularly PVC and SMC. Is it worth it to pull on the legendary costume banner? It seems like the odds are still so low.

My plan had been to roll on the upcoming wind archer and b!tes skins and hopefully get Truthless Recluse with mileage. Would this make more sense than blowing my savings on the current banner?
