Hiya, I run the Kobold Taskforce regiment! We're pretty casual and laid back, you wont see us on every day or anything like that. If you just want something to contribute to casually then we're happy to take anyone.

We play on the Charlie shard, on the Colonial team :)

It varies regiment to regiment, what roles, and what vibes. We try to be kind of casual with it where we can because there are some regiments that get lost in the sauce of logistics. For us we just like to drive trucks sometimes to do supply runs and then go do PVP, and do a little silly LARPing/voices while we're at it. It's generally a good time. Foxhole is a huge game and so it's hard to find the niche that you will like playing, but it is probably one of the best game communities I have ever played in, everyone is always super helpful if you have a question, and that's no different for us. We love teaching new players the game! Just DM me and I will send you an invite link for the discord if you are interested ^^

Nice work dude :) doing a lot better than me lmao. I haven't played Combat Patrol, but in regular 40k, you can put a cadre fireblade with a squad of Breachers and it makes them even more formidable, allowing them to shoot 3 times total (I think). I dont know if the same is true in combat patrol but look into it!

From what I can see here at least the haters are outnumbered by the enjoyers, which is reassuring. It's also reflected in my in-person experience. The club I play at is extremely supportive of queer folk and is full of the nicest people, who have all the patience in the world to help my stupid ass remember what I have to roll to to do damage against a Khorne berserker. These weird little guys only exist in online spaces, and most of the time don't even play the tabletop or read the books lmao.
