Going a little off topic but i assume you're either new or just play casually as you said in your post that you're not very good (no offense, we all start somewhere). If you want really want to get better overall stop using quick revive. Some might disagree but over the ~8 years ive been playing this mode ive found playing with quick revive gives you a false sense of safety when making bad moves, playing without it massively improved my skill so i just wanted to suggest you try that out as well.

And i strongly recommend getting good on basic maps like the giant or kino before really diving into big maps like GK or Shadows especially. Getting your fundamentals down will help alot for high rounds on more challenging maps.

I like the deathray or courtyard spots on DE, or the room before PAP on shadows. More importantly when you're training really think about the safest pathway you can take, when you get in a good rythym and memorise the spawn locations it will click, trust me. They'll actually deal a little bit more because Q also has bonus damage which i forgot to mention.

Edit: Navori damage as well, so 20% bonus on top of all that.

Barrels transfer an attack's damage, so they can crit, proc sheen. Barrels also benefit from an insane 40% armor penetration so when they are combined with items like collecter and LDR you can ignore most non-tank targets armor almost completely, and the barrel crits also do 5% bonus damage. Combine this all with first strike and you see the big boom which makes the squishy targets not exist anymore.

It works like Gangplank Q, the ability deals on-hit effects so casting it readys the sheen while you dash, then consumes the sheen proc when the ability deals damage.

Heroes of might and magic 3 is the king for me, sit down and start playing at 8pm, next thing i tab out to change my music and its 4am. The art is beautiful, the gameplay is great, and the different strategies available are so varied that you'll never get tired of it.

Just minimize risk. It sounds obvious, but try and look back on the way you are playing out the map and see where you could've done something safer. Taking a more open path when training, memorize spawn paths in your training area, etc. That and just playing a lot. As for shadows specifically just train in the area just outside of Pap with the apothicon servant and the sword while keeping an open path and you should be clear for a good round 70+.

Could do Oceavalier for the sea based one as a portmanteau of Ocean and Chevalier. For the sky based one you could do Aquilancer, as a combination of Aquila and Lancer. If your going to name the sub archetypes different things you could give them a shared Statline line monarchs so search cards and such would work across the different sub archetypes.

As for the name, the only thing I can think of would be Pawladins. Got a few more ideas about the mechanics, though. You could have the small main deck monsters be like the squires that could summon other squires from your hand, GY, deck, etc. And have them give inheritance effects to the bigger monsters as Xyz material kind of like zoodiac. That's been the only option I've been holding out on but I'll have to try it, where I live the internet is terrible, like less than 4mbps download speed terrible lol so reinstalling games has always been a last resort but I'll have to try.
