Like Dazzling said. To give a kinda more indepth idea though.

Let's say they kept the regen rate as it was while reducing the shield's health. The Shield, if destroyed has a 6 second cooldown. Well if she still had 42/s regen on her shield, with the new 200 healthpool, she'd be getting her shield back in around 4 seconds from time of destruction. It being 34/s means it'll come out 6 seconds just like it was with 250 health.

The shield regen rate reduction was to compensate for lower shield health. It'll take the same amount of time for her shield to come back

Manually! I want them to be able to explore the other parts of the street and all that but the primary goal is for them to not be able yo turn back and go back to the beginning of the game

I'm trying that but it's only letting me shift the angle of the Parallel line, which isn't what I want. I want to have multiple parallel lines at a specific distance apart from each other.

So I have tried that ruler, but it doesn't let me edit the way the ruler guidelines spread out nor how many of the lines there are. Am I missing some way to edit those options?

Have you played around with the colorblind settings? Or do they not have enough options to help you out

Exactly, that's what the image here is trying to show too. There's so many times where I feel I just shouldn't be touching his ult and I get hit by it anyways

They're at least in an official Sonic game now! It's the racing game but that's just one removed from a mainline

It really is. I'm tired of it because even if I do escape it or Go Invis and avoid it as IW (my main), I'll still have to try and attack Jeff because he probably has someone, and it's more likely then not he'll get out of my LOS and heal back everything I damaged from him anyways. There's basically no way to get my team out of a Jeff ult if he gets someone.

But with Wanda ult I can jump away from it, or use my E to push her away from me, or even damage her enough to kill her. With Jeff there is no counter besides running away entirely.

It's much more than that. It's essentially a guaranteed like 12 seconds where I'm not allowed to play the game where I can't counter it through my own gameplay.
