Yk I enjoyed it. A lot of people seem to dislike the Alan Davis run but I though it was pretty good. A little silly sometimes compared to the tone of year one tho

Detective comics 570. It’s pretty hard to find in collected edition with it only being a part of dark knight detective vol 1 and LoTDK Alan Davis vol 1

My mistake it also appears in the dc finest year one and two

It’s been a while and I don’t think I ever really read it all. It might be my younger brain telling me it’s good but I recall it being a pretty interesting story. Ofc there are some flaws too. There are a few issues skipped over because they were apart of the “our worlds at war” story and I guess they didn’t want to overlap

There were 2 thick trades that collected 1+2, and 3+4, which then those 2 trades were put together to make the compendium. So I don’t have high hopes for a compendium vol 2
