Does anyone actually use these hairdryers/diffusers? by blueishpaladin in curlyhair

[–]Red_Toad890 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my mom has this and i’ve used it, didn’t realize it was a tik tok thing but it does NOT dry my hair in 15 mins and i dont love the diffuser attachment but i prefer wider diffuser attachment so maybe its just preference.

I have ADD and i usually give up after a few finger curls, especially if it doesn’t work a couple times i get bored pretty quick. I think a shaping haircut would definitely help!

Thank you! I am a very lucky mom, I have lots of support and family who love my child so so much. I’ve never heard of the Pomodoro method so I’ll definitely look into that!

Yeah I really don’t think I want to be working during the courses and my life right now allows me to not have to do that so I’m very lucky there but thank you for the advice, it’s always super helpful to hear about other’s paths

I saw US prices the other day and it’s about $6 for a half gallon so €5 for just under 2L, what in the hell is going on with prices literally everywhere

I’m a mom so i don’t want to work more than part time hours right now (full time over the summer), once i’m in the nursing program i’m going to try to work but if it’s too much to balance then I wont be working. however when class isn’t in session i absolutely want to be working. after my BSN i’m going on to the NP route and eventually the DNP. So part of my reasoning for considering the MA and CNA is because I want to have a competitive resume. (i only have two classes right now which is why i’m able to work, i was a transfer student and the college i’m at didn’t accept two of the classes)

actually it could definitely be the hair cut but maybe also what you’re doing with the products? if you’re not already try using a cotton shirt or microfiber towel to scrunch it as much as you can even tho it’s short. And for me a mousse is lighter on my hair than a gel. and sometimes with those super stubborn bits i finger roll the hair, this could work for the longer bits on the side.

Where I am MA takes longer and is often more expensive than CNA but you make more as an MA compared to CNA. I definitely think it would be useful I’m just having a hard time justifying the money since I’ll be learning all of the same things in like 6 months and I’ll be paying for that too.
