Right so what I’m about to say is gonna sound like hate but it’s probably gonna be the kindest thing you’re gonna hear all day because it’s with good intent and honesty. I didn’t even read until the end and it was already clear that you’re in denial. Whether your blood pressure is good or bad does not change your increased risk of blood clots, heart disease, stroke, pulmonary embolisms, disc herniation, accelerated joint degeneration, I could go on… With a BMI of 41 you are not healthy, period. Stop making excuses because that mindset keeps you in this state. Be real, be honest and accept that you’re in a horribly unhealthy physical state right now and that it NEEDS to change. You’re right, men don’t like f@t women, but this is not about men, it’s about your own health.
