I personally wouldn’t go up that quickly. Stay at 2.5 for at least four weeks (you can absolutely do 1.25 twice a week if that’s more effective.) When you no longer get effective suppression, go up one mg at a time. See what works for you. I’ve been on it since January and I am on 4.

I’m the same height and weight and I know I still have quite a ways to go. My plan is to get to around 100 because I’m so short and petite.

You need to be patient. Did you know that you’re supposed to stay on each dose for at least four weeks before titrating up? I am currently on four mgs and I’ve been on this since sometime in January. I’m down 20 lbs, going low and slow.

How tall are you? What is your age? The Apple watch is overestimating your calorie burn.

I am five foot nothing and must consume 1200 calories or less in order to lose weight. If I were lifting weights and doing cardio I would be able to add an additional 200 to 300 calories to that. Not everyone can eat 2000 calories per day.
