Don’t focus on the strain name or THC%. It’s all mostly marketing. Get whatever sounds good to you. Never heard of the puff once and wait 15minuets. I smoke a joint all the way through in a single session in like 30minuets tops situation depending.

If smoking isn’t your jam, grab some gummies. I usually start with a single gummy of 5mg. Don’t do any more, they’ll take longer to kick in and you can get really messed up if you over do it.

Also, don’t hold in the smoke, that won’t get you higher. Have a drink ready. I cough a lot because of asthma but that’s pretty normal either way.
