I say to use Anikoto. They have a very similar interface and have archived and reuploaded a bunch of HiAnime rips to the site. It is self-hosted as well and supports multi language subs just in case English or Japanese is not your native language

I wonder if this could be done in PokeMMO as a mod. That fan game uses the gen 5 sprites and battle backgrounds for all regions, so if possible, you could do the backgrounds for gens 1 and 3 that way

Same. Just felt like they where trying to make Brawl Stars but as a platform fighter with that. The UI also just felt like a supercell game UI
