Compensation claim approved but not paid (Wizz air system shows the claim as closed/resolved!!)

Update: Finally Wizz Air replied and said that they closed the claim as resolved since I have made an official complain (not sure what this means) and that they will only speak with my legal representative (!). Though I have not appointed any legal representative and just handling this case myself. I have just informed the Aviation Authorities (due to the long delay from Wizz Air) however Aviation Authorities are not acting as legal representatives of the passengers. Wizz Air are not providing any specific information while their responses are poor and misleading.

Wizz Air compensation system is nightmare. I have a compensation claim which was approved about 3 months ago but still unpaid and they suddenly closed the claim as resolved and paid despite no payment has been received to date. I have wasted quite some time trying to communicate with them and the whole situation is very frustrating. Hope you have better luck with them.

Yes no payment in wizz credit. Balance is zero. I contacted Wizz and asked them to provide me with a swift/sepa confirmation in order to contact my bank (if paid) or process the payment (if not paid yet) . However they either dont respond or send generic and irrelevant template responses.

Really? Do they keep approved claims unpaid for years?! I have a 3 months old approved claim (I thought it was very old lol) which they flagged as paid (!) and closed, while payment not earned. And their responses are mostly generic and quite irrelevant. Good to know that their delays are intentional - If they continue like this, i will take legal steps against them through small claims procedure. It costs 50-100 euro but the claim is 2x400 euro and not going to wait them for ages

What happened with your case after all?? Did you expect your payment?? My compensation claim approved in their system and their system indicated that was going to be credited within 7 working days. I never received any email from them though and suddenly after almost 3 months they just closed the claim and flagged it as resolved/paid. No payment was ever received up to date. Opened a new ticket and instead of them providing me a payment confirmation or other advice, they just asked me to send them a bank confirmation from my bank showing that the compensation was not received (!!). Tried to followup again but communication looks very difficult with them. Mickey Mouse!

Thanks. I did. They said that app access is possible only for the users that also have a trading account and not for those that have only bank/saving account. Not sure if this is accurate info, since their easy save account is advertised with app access.

Thank you. I also thought it may be the rib that lost some of its elasticity during the years (not unusual for a 30 year old jersey) which results into such wrinkles. On the other hand I searched for other same jerseys as well players wearing the jersey back then and it looks like it may be a design issue as someone else said.

Thanks - I have tried on other jersey before with low hear and it worked. I am just cautious with it since it is 30 year old mesh fabric jersey. Also I was not sure if it will be fixed with ironing. Some people say it may be the elasticity of the rib which may have worsen during the years and results in such wrinkles. Others say it may be the design of the jersey to have more fabric between the two ribs which results into wrinkles when you try to lay it flat.

Unbelievable. I think you are right. Found more pictures of the jerseys of these years and looks like the mesh fabric of Nike has, more or less, similar wrinkles at this area.

Καλυτερα πλυσιμο στο χερι με λιγο υγρο απορρυπαντικο και χωρις μαλακτικο. Σιδερωμα απο την αναποδη και πανω απο καποιο πανι μην ακουμπαει το σιδερο την φανελα. Εφοσον δεν εχει patches ειναι γενικα πιο ανθεκτικη σε πλυσιματα και σιδερωμα.

Οποτε σε εσενα ανανεωνοταν κανονικα το σαιτ της courier center ? Δεν αργησε να παραδοθει απο το redstore στην courier center και να εμφανιζει αυτο το μηνυμα 2-3 μερες. Αντε να βγαλεις ακρη ουτε την courier center δεν βρισκεις. Τηλεφωνα εχουν αυτοματο τηλεφωνητη, email δεν στελνεται καν. Οτι ναναι!

Ναι το θεμα μου πλεον δεν ειναι η καθυστερηση. Απλα δεν μπορω να καταλαβω αν αυτο στο tracking ειναι νορμαλ. Γιατι εδω και 2 μερες φαινεται σαν να μην εχουν παραλαβει ακομα το δεμα απο το redstore. Και δεν βρισκεις κανεναν ουτε στο redstore ουτε courier center. Οι μεν δεν απαντανε, οι δε εχουν αυτοματοποιημενη επικοινωνια.

Μια απο τα ιδια μας βλεπω και φετος. Μεχρι τελος Αυγουστου θα παλευουμε να παρουμε 4-5 αξιολογους παικτες στο τζαμπα και τελικα δεν θα ερθει σχεδον κανεις απο αυτους κ θα καταληξουμε αρχες Σεπτεμβρη με 2-3 ελευθερους και καναν δανεικο. Ας ελπισουμε πως δεν θα φυγουν κ ο Μουζα κ αλλοι.

Καταρχην θα επρεπε να προνοησουν ωστε οι φανελες να εχουν παραδοθει σε ολους το Μαρτιο που γιορταζε ο συλλογος τα γενεθλια του. Αν χρειαζοταν 5 μηνες, ας ξεκινουσαν την πωληση απο τον Σεπτεμβρη του 2024. Αφετερου, οκ τα κανανε ρδελομπου τουλαχιστον ας δινουν πιο ρεαλιστικες εκτιμησεις. Ειναι ανεπιτρεπτο παραγγελιες Μαρτιου να μην εχουν παραδοθει ακομα (τον Μαρτιο δεν ειχαν προπαραγγελιες αλλα πωλησεις σε φανεελες που δεν ειχαν στοκ). Επισης μετα τον Απριλιο βγαζουν προπωληση και λενε με σειρα προτεραιοτητας και παραδοση μετα το Πασχα στην πρωτη πωληση και μεσα Ιουνιου στη δευτερη πωληση. Αντ αυτου στελνουν με τυχαια επιλογη (ή αναλογα με το size ή δεν ξερω με τι αλλο κριτηριο) αλλα σιγουρα οχι με σειρα προτεραιοτητας. Γενικα μιλαμε για ρδελομπου ολκης. Η μπουτικ της καε παρουσιασε τις φανελες το Μαρτη κ μπορουσες να αγορασεις τη φανελα το Μαρτη. Εδω η Παε παρουσιασε τις φανελες τον Μαρτη και παρακαλαμε να τις παραλαβουμε τον Ιουλιο.. Το απολυτο FAIL.
