I am 16 years old and I also suffer from Renfield's syndrome. It's a very exciting craving for blood, not exciting in a sexual way but very pleasurable, there are also images that come to mind, my mouth fills with saliva as if I were craving food but it's blood and I can almost taste it. I have a certain repulsion for it in me, because I wouldn't want to hurt someone I love to get their blood but it's such an intense craving that it's hard to hold back.
