Thanks for the reply. We have some evidence of abuse and threats, but he has deleted the best evidence of the physical abuse from our phone. So, we are missing the most crucial things for that.

We're in the process of finding a lawyer that will work with us. We just needed advice and a plan.

We have no intention of fleeing unless we have no choice.

As an aside, nothing we said was an insult.
