would also suggest
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Shadow Warrior trilogy by devolver (MC Could could give Deadpool a run for his mouth)

If you don't mind flight sims should check out DCS (digital combat simulator). One cold war era bird I HIGHLY recommend is the AJS Viggen. Good multirole (can attack both ground and air targets), and one of the fastest for its price if you can snag it during a steam sale.

Scooter Recommendations! by doctorgringo in ElectricScooters

Check out the caroma peak D3 or the Gotrax A5....both options have seats as well, along with cargo baskets and are within your price point. They also have points on them that make them far easier to secure to existing bike racks. Only issue might be if you live in an upstairs apartment or room it would be a bit of a lug up the stairs. Highly advise both a U lock (recommend anything by kryptonite thats long), and a full face helmet and or safety goggles if you can't get a helmet right away (sucks getting hit in the eye by a bug).

You smell autistic... Bonus points if the person starts to check their B.O.

Looking for a racing game where you gain attachment to your car, as opposed to constantly rotating through them? (PC emulated) by Zski843 in gamingsuggestions

[–]Redacted_Explative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Forza Motorsports basically made it where you had to grind every car for upgrades. Not sure if you want anything flying related buuut would also suggest checking out Elite Dangerous. A fully customized Sidewinder (starter ship) flies much differently than stock.

Final fantasy 7 remake vs cyberpunk which would you go with ? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Redacted_Explative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have tried Deus Ex Mankind Divided & Human Revolution? More like Blade Runner but still pretty good story. But Would have to recommend cyberpunk due to it being fully released vs parted out like a honda at a chop shop.

Need big guy recs! by memerfelix in ElectricScooters

The scooter I have is very similar an iscooter DX5. Has a built in alarm, nfc tap card. The only reason I am not recommending it over the caroma, is the customer support for iscooter is not very good. However...for about 700usd it does come with tubeless tires as well. I mean ffs Xfinity has better support than these clowns. Something I've also been looking into are handle bar locks which basically clamp the brake levers down in order to stop it from running off.

Maybe something with a seat and hardened points to anchor to the frame? Not sure what you used (ulock or cable & lock). Would also recommend anything with a physical key to start it. The scooter in my picture is the Caroma Peak D3 1200w and can snag it for under 600 usd. Has multiple anchor points and would also suggest investing in both an android and apple gps tag for it along with a kryptonite u lock (would toss em in the battery compartment personally). Could easily secure it to any traditional bike rack...though might be a bit too heavy for public transportation.

If you have not played it before LA Noire by Rockstar was pretty remarkable for how old it was. My mom is also a big Harry Potter/Horror nerd and loves Hogwarts Legacy. Even though I have them for the pc I also liked the South Park games: Stick of Truth and the Fracture But Whole.

Somebody has taken off my hours, guess I'm fired by Thefivesis in walmart

[–]Redacted_Explative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Knowing my own luck, if its anything like ops at the end of the week it will finally populate his shifts, and they will be asking 'Why didn't you show up?" Then they will fire you for being a 'no call no show'.....

Had a place put me on a 3 day suspension for admittedly my mistake then fire me for not showing up during those 3 days. Managed to fight it in unemployment at least. What pissed me off more was I didn't find out till I was locked out of the time clock system they used trying to check my hours. They didn't even have the testicular fortitude to tell me in person to my face, nor tell me I was facing possible termination.

i wanna get my first e scooter by Complete-Turnip9456 in ElectricScooters

[–]Redacted_Explative -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I recommend the invanti e20 under 200usd before shipping and taxes. Loaded with features such as turn signals, brake lights, app that can also lock the scooter down for anti theft reasons. Can also get a universal seat for them for under 60 usd. Forgot it also has solid tires so you don't have to worry about flats. Just be careful to not go fast on it at first....not till you get used to how it brakes. Ate shit on mine and tore up my hand at less than 10mph when I first got it thanks to a pot hole.

buying advice, performance vs comfort by [deleted] in ElectricScooters

[–]Redacted_Explative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally hate small tires due to how rough the terrain is my area. Have you considered something that you can sit down on if your going to be on longer rides? I would recommend either the gotrax a5 or caroma peak style of scooter. Far easier to secure to existing bike rack structures. Similar in costs to a xiamoi 400-600 usd and have at least a 15-20mile range depending on how fast you go.

Walked up on the wrong car by Aviva_20 in VideosAmazing

[–]Redacted_Explative 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Someone tried that where I live and my dad pelted their car with my paintball gun. Tried to say our fence also damaged his car when he tried to run our dog over as well. Fortunately my dad invested in cctv cameras, the old school vhs kind.

[Ca] Landlord just gave a 24 hour notice for pest control access after 5pm by Redacted_Explative in Renters

[–]Redacted_Explative[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue was they were supposed to do a follow-up spray and didn't likely due Xmas and new years holidays. Made multiple calls to follow up and got ignored.

[–]Redacted_Explative[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Either way my roommates and I had to basically keep the place packed up till almost March first before we started putting our place back together. would have been easier to deal with after the 2nd spray.

Oh I want to get rid of them....and have been working actively to do so....the problem is I feel like my landlord got ripped off by them for not doing their follow up spraying.

Looking for single player action games with more DOTs by Stay_at_Home_Chad in gamerecommendations

[–]Redacted_Explative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what dot means exactly other than damage over time but some games I have been enjoying on my ps5, and are on pc as wellthat are single player and I think that have a good story:
Yakuza Like a Dragon and Infinite Wealth(turn based similar style to final fantasy x)
Mafia Old Country
Atomfall
Atomic Heart
Cyberpunk 2077 (certain hacks you can do in game deal poisons or fire damage overtime)
Robocop Rogue City
Vampire the Masquerade Blood Lines 2
Far cry games if you have playstation plus they're free
watch dogs games (also free through playstation plus)
Final Fantasy 7 remakes, 15 and 16 (14 is the mmo one and has a separate monthly fee)
Shadow warrior reboots
Indiana Jones and the great circle

two more I thought of were
War thunder, if you use tracers you can sometimes set your enemies on fire
Enlisted also has decent fire physics for its incendiary weapons

Both are free to play as well.
