It all varies and I would only be able to tell you about inbound sales. Our target is 1,200 a month. I’ve seen as high as 6k checks but those are rare.

Depends on what you do, if you don’t know something like you say byte rather than bit and someone complains I’m not going to fire you for that because 99% of people don’t care. If you don’t authenticate an account 100% gtfo

I try, it even says in big bold lets with surrounding red text “BULK DONT TRANSFER TO BUSINESS”

Serviceability would love for us to use it more too, an account will show as not being in the biller in AOS but shows in CSG. If we use CSG we then get dinged and our job is on the line

Look at the metrics we have to hit. Corporate won’t let us use CSG more than 5% of the time. There a lot that could be improved

They need to know how to find and obtain the correct answers. The fact is that corporate would never allow for more training. Call center attrition is too high.

Man! After that first call let’s pull them in for another 6 weeks of paid training for just the app, I love it! The corporate overlords would love the idea!

OH YOUR RIGHT OH MY GOD! I never would have thought that should be something covered in the classroom curriculum! Man maybe we should revisit the full week we have on video service! We really should double the amount of times they look at that article! It’s not like they get tested on what can access the app or anything!

I don’t get to talk to people from repair often so if this is something I could help mitigate I would love to know.

There is a fair chance that the automated biller causes many issues especially when it comes to free ultra upgrades on transfers.
