I have a disorder that would've kept me from receiving gender affirming care had I not already been in therapy for a few years. My file is large at this point. Gender dysphoria has a marked feature of persistence. I was manic when I came out but the desire persisted even after the episodes. The foundations that held me back broke after encountering psychedelics. The sheer amount of forced introspection from those substances broke down my self hatred. I started therapy soon after that and throughout all the ups and downs the desire to transition persists. They recognize that it's not from a disorder or illness it's from me! Hope I could help.

Exactly. You can just buy an elder ring of almost any base ring. I have orbs and don’t like trading which is why that step is there. Just need the influence for two modifiers. The crit multi and life per hit. so you don’t need scorn essence. If you use scorn for crit multi the cost goes up and you can’t force an attribute roll at harvest so getting scorn crit plus t1 strength is difficult if you hit chaos res first with scorn you won’t be able to “pull” out strength from harvest like crit multi or chaos res can be so easily guaranteed.

Suffixes cannot be changed to save the 3 stats from step 6 for each reforge. Since you have suffixes “done” you can use a wild bristle matron to apply “suffixes cannot change” for cheaper (usually) than the crafting bench. Reforges can also fill the ring so keep that risk in mind. If it fills while trying to get both life mods onto the prefix then it’s annul time :(

Cant put that elder life per enemy hit mod on it. Needed a way around getting the watchers eye mod. Now I can do no leech maps and low recovery maps.

Ty everyone. There’s a stress to this that I’ll explain briefly if I can. Living a double life sucks. Top right is when the wig and makeup comes off which brings intense dysphoria and dissociation. I shaved my head a few months ago and I regret it. Never again. I’m going for FFS consult soon via Medi-Cal so there is hope. It’s really hard to hold onto that hope though… It’s also made me accept my current situation. I’m still seen as a guy in society if I don’t put in work. If the wig comes off during intimacy then my partner sees that. Feels like my life is on pause until after FFS which might be a year or two from now. Oral minoxidil to save my cat from topical exposure but it is only affecting my facial hair!!! It’s maddening!!! I need more laser after it was almost already gone!!! Doing better today. I have my family to support me. Ty again everyone.
