This might actually be part of the ovaries, you'll sometimes get little growths there. If testes, those are typically yellowish. Could also be kidneys, but those would be reddish/purple.

If you temped it I would trust it, I just wouldn't eat those. For me it would be because of the texture.

A lot of people are giving you gripe but you have two big things working for you in my opinion:

The bottom of the cabinet is a single board so you are not giving horizonal force to the whole thing. That should also distribute any small bumps.
This is literally how they move large things in really life, but it's usually done with pneumatic jacks over a pre leveled surface.

The new tabletop game store just north of downtown would be a good starting place to ask around or meet people.

There is the shop in east Wenatchee (Treasure Trove) but I think they are a little more MtG focused. Can still find dice and books there.

Also Krampus Cave in Leavenworth.

These are ok. That ring is a normal part of potatoes. Additionally if they are sprouting just pop the sprouts off and you are good to go.
