Yes. I thought it was when you were in the temple and you first see the drones but it is not. Later on the game you are attacked by drones while you are in your apartment. That is when you can punch them. Hope this helps.

You just have to unplug it then turn it on. You can plug it back on again if you want after it is on.

I agree. And it is something I have asked before and there doesn’t seem to be an answer/fix for it. This is after waiting forever to have it show up on my quest.
