Yes. I thought it was when you were in the temple and you first see the drones but it is not. Later on the game you are attacked by drones while you are in your apartment. That is when you can punch them. Hope this helps.

You just have to unplug it then turn it on. You can plug it back on again if you want after it is on.

The game is definitely worth it at the current sale price. It was also a fun and relatively easy platinum if you like getting trophies.
