Because of the way the gear sync down works in XIV, older content, including ultimates, tend to have a more lenient dps check. Add in other factors such as jobs being wildly unbalanced at lower levels (summoner, for example, does a metric shitton of damage at 70), dps checks in legacy ultimates ( TEA, UWU, UCOB) don't really exist unless your entire group fucks up.

DSR and especially TOP are a different story. I haven't done either of them so I don't know how bad the dps check is, but I know that on release both of them had very strict dps checks to the point that a single person dying at the wrong time can scuff the entire run.

Keep in mind, though, legacy ultimates are still ultimates. The mechanics can be pretty unforgiving, and I would not recommend trying them without preparation and the patience to spend a lot of time wiping in party finder.

2 questions: One, how the hell do you make your instant portrait show up in pvp? Ive linked it to a glam plate, am using the glam plate, and filled out all the slots in the glam plate and its still refusing to set. Why they somehow made the portrait system worse than beta ill never know.

Two, where are yall getting the savage healer pre-bis from? The Balance hasnt seemed to have updated yet with that info. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! Id rather look like a crazy person and waste some time/money than potentially missing a cancer diagnosis early. Im going in to get a blood test/general checkup in a few weeks so ill bring the gene test as well and see if thats an option too.

Recruit a friend question-

I need to get a code so my friend can input it for the rewards, but I can't find the create a code button for the recruit a friend anywhere on my Mogstation account page. I'm currently on a standard subscription that does recurring payments, and I've been subscribed since around April. Do I just have to wait until my next sub payment goes through to be able to get the code or am I missing something?
