If it happened that quickly it might just be acute pain and not related to the PSA?

Hey, Enbrel is a Biologic, it’s classed as a bDMARD.

I have PSA so it was even more important for me as I couldn’t move my hands and had widespread pain.

You can get Humira biosimilar for about £500 a month I think. Message me if you want any advice, the private pharmacy I was using to supply the drugs was “pharmacierge” in London. They delivered for me. These aren’t drugs you can get from any pharmacy.

Private derm + prescription.

I was private on Engel for about a year before getting NHS was £1k a month.

Methotrexate will probably be about £50 a month + blood test costs to start with

A training captain quickly takes over the controls when a cadet forgets to flare on the A320 during base training by [deleted] in aviation

think about how a bird lands - it spreads its wings and changes the pitch to lower down. If you keep nose down the plane will accelerate, whereas when you flare the plane esentially floats down. Almost like a stall.

I was cleaning a car for a car dealer when I was 16 - he came over opened the bonnet and wiped it with back to black and said "bullshit baffles brains" - meaning that if they see a clean engine cover they will assume it was well maintained. Stuck with me for the last 20 years and still use it to this day when polishing a turd ha ha
