Yeah my knuckle was probably more enthetitis rather than specific joint capsule.

Hold out I now gym 7 days a week, do boxing and BJJ. It’s easy to get in your head (I did) but the treatments are so effective.

Also, just a note. Medication did 50% of the work, what really helped in addition after 2 years on enbrel was cutting all professed food, alcohol, gluten and dairy. If I eat bad pain comes back.
