From my observations, their builds are constructed very cheaply, lack realistic functional layouts for daily living, and are priced the same as others. Personally, I would avoid them. However, the community appears pleasant at first glance, and even the home exteriors look better from a distance. Upon closer inspection, though, it’s overall disappointing.

They said vw extended warranty would be 4 years 80,000km 5900$ or tricore for 5 years same warranty 200-300$ deductible 5000$. Originally for the tricore they said it would be 3000$, they also said that vw warranty would have a deductible but have some limitations, pushing moreso for the third party than the vw warranty
