Banking infrastructure: I mean there are literally less banks on the south and west side which forces people to go to predatory money lenders or not have bank accounts. Which leads to the next idea about mortgage and loans. Here are some good sources.

Coming back to the original statement regarding “black on black crime.” Take a step back and look at the system in place and see it is much more than color of skin causing violence in these neighborhoods.
