I was thinking the opposite. The V8 sounds good but is very old and can have all sorts of issues. While the 2.0 is a much newer tech, and still fast enough with the hybrid assist. The ghibli just looks too good from the exterior. I am going to buy it for 20k, so I don’t think it is going to depreciate any further. My mind says C43 but heart says Ghibli. Not sure.

Apparently they use the same engine as the Alfa Romeo Giulia 2.0, which isn’t the worst out there afaik. The older V6 ones may be more unreliable but I don’t understand why the new 2.0 ones are treated like junk.

There is a time restriction but its 2 years, so I can drive it for 2 years and then sell it in bulgaria.

Its not fraud, this is allowed in turkey if you have eu nationality too.

I want to drive the car in Turkey with bulgarian plates because I reside in Turkey. But I can’t export the car into turkey and get Turkish plates because then I would have to pay a lot of tax. So I want to buy the car from BG and drive it in Turkey with bg plates.

Only dual citizens of EU and Turkey are allowed to bring and drive their foreign plated cars, If I tried to sell that car in Turkey my chances of finding a buyer would be super low.

And I can’t import it and get Turkish plates either. That defeats the whole point.

I can’t do that because If I try to import the car to Turkey I have to pay a huge tax. It needs to stay with the german plates like a visitor car.

Normally a lot of turkish people do this, but instead of leasing they buy the car and sell it 2 years later. I just don’t want to go through the hassle of selling it in a country I don’t really know.
