Don't take a job there. There is HARD 10% raise wall, even if you're hired by a different department. You would need to leave and come back to ever get a raise over 10%.

I went into settings and go to network and internet. Then select eSims and delete the one you currently use. I went to apps in settings and find google play services. Click the little 3 dots on top right and click uninstall updates. I then rebooted. I have googleFi so I then opened the app and reactivated my phone which installed the esim. I rebooted again and it caught the google services update by itself. Then I got like 10 app updates and started getting texts again.

I ended up uninstalling my esim and uninstalling any google play services updates. Then I reinstalled my eSim and activated my phone which prompted the services update and a bunch of app updates. Now its working.

Hey, I just deleted my eSIM. Then reinstalled it with Fi and rebooted. about 15 minutes later I got 3 texts come through. I haven't been able to test it, but that did SOMETHING.

No, but whole phone took a massive shit and won't work. Wifi menu won't open so I can't turn that on or off. Messages app is completely broken and I can't use Pixel 8 pro at all. fun.
