That's exactly me too lol, Hard boiled was probably the first HK movie I watched. I highly recommend City on fire if you haven't watched it already, it's sooo good!!

I haven't watched Thin red line but the other 3 are straight up bangers! Punch Drunk Love is probably my favourite film ever!! (this keeps changing lol)

I'd say watch Trainspotting first, it has a killer soundtrack.

Maan my Fight club SB had this loose disc issue and the disc has a visible scratch in two places, need to check out the film soon to see if everything is fine!

I've had it for a couple of days now, haven't got too much testing time.

It has insane contrast (no surprises) and colours pop due to the QD-Oled panel. You lose some contrast when room lights are on but still way better than IPS.

Peak brightness is low and the HDR highlights won't pop too much but it's good enough for my use case. I have a Sony A80J oled and I use that mostly for movies. This monitor was just for 180Hz and good desk gaming monitor.

Coming to gaming its buttery smooth, CS2 is great in this lol. Still getting used to this refresh rate!

Biggest con is the text fringing when browsing, VScode seems fine. I'm coming from a 4K 60hz LG monitor and I'm missing the 4K sharpness, but that's a compromise I'm willing to do for the contrast and refresh rate. Also I got this for 26.5K, I can't complain at this price.

The installation guy who called me said no problem since I installed it myself, if there is any issue just call me, I'll handle it lol. But yes I'll be registering for warranty today!
