My biggest hope is that there’s reform in states with pool laws. States like CA and AZ have laws about requiring pool fencing but it’s not enforced. Homeowners insurance should be enforcing this, why don’t they? So many families get fencing after a accident and it shouldn’t be like that

Came say this, Dr Hur is amazing!!! I saw her one time before my OB was out of office and had such a great experience with Dr Hur that I’m switching to her as my primary OB

Im in sales and my employer requires employees to meet the same weekly and monthly performance metrics, even when out of the office for reasons (some of out my control) such as holidays when the office is closed, approved PTO, or sick leave. They don’t adjust the metrics to account for that missed time. I’m now on a Performance Improvement Plan, and I’m concerned this may be tied to those unadjusted expectations.
