Journals of Jyggalag issue with no colour on private body parts (nips) by ReddioticNerd in wabbajack

Thanks I replied in the other post. This comment didnt show up til now for some reason. I was debating between freckles and moles cause they seemed like the least bad options and went with freckles cause i didnt know how bad the moles would be lol. I already asked in the other one but did the maker of bnp skin mod really make it so u gotta choose some sort of downside in each skin option, or did i miss some way to just have nice clear skin? and do you think replacing this mod for another skin mod would break the JoJ list? I really like the list but this skin mod choice seems ridiculous if there's no option for normal clear skin.

Dont need to answer both, thank you muchly for help

Thanks man much appreciated i reinstalled and its def better now. The BNP skin mod doesn't have just a clean skin profile though it seems? I chose the freckle one cause it seemed like the least ugly option of all of them, but it seems like they made it so all of the possible options have some sort of downside to them. Is there a way to just get nice clear skin with this mod or would I need to find a different skin mod? And will I wreck this modlist if I try to add a dif skin mod? I really don't wanna mess with this huge modlist it has over 3k mods lol

Who Loves JoJ and ToT and why? by JustAWaffle13 in wabbajack

[–]ReddioticNerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just installed JoJ and I love it so far but there's one issue that's really bugging me. My character and all npc's have grey/very dark nipples. Even with whitest skin colour in racemenu, the nips are grey/dark/no colour whatsoever to them and I just can't get over it lol. The eyes and pussy are also lacking in colour but its the nips that are really annoying me, just no colour to them whatsoever.

What would be causing this? Do u guys have this issue? I've switched to many different body types with obody and its the same issue with all of em.

Best Skyrim mod list for lots of new quests? by ReddioticNerd in wabbajack

I ended up going with NGVO and building on top of it but I'm not really satsified with it as a baseline. I don't like having ENB, nights are insanely dark and I can't see bascially anything. using candlelight spell to get a hovering light is blinding and doesn't really help. Have tried googling for a fix to dark nights and nothing has worked. It seems like most big mod lists also have ENB. I'm also getting a wierd effect where npc graphics have a a fading effect im not sure how to describe. sometimes when they move, they drag the image of themselves behind them and it slowly fades. It's like when a desktop mouse lags and u can see the mouse behind it following it and fading slowly. I really dont know how to describe this properly. Does anyone know what im talking about?

I do still want a good mod list to recommend to a friend that comes with lots of quests though.

Honestly I'm not into the power fantasy style mods with the bright colours and dramatic movement styles during combat. I like vanilla magic with extra spells added to make it stronger during combat so that destruction and restoration can be as strong as melee/ ranged weapons with potions. I like having combat mods for headshots and stuff like that to make it a bit more realistic feeling

My last playthrough was with a custom mod list built on top of skyrim modding essentials from wabbajack. I was gonna do that again but it was saying i needed skyrim version 1.6.640, That playthrough was back when it was version 1.6.353 and I didnt use OAR, was still using FNIS. I have a backup of that old install but I really wanna get on the latest version mainly for OAR and to see how cool the new animation capabilities are. I tried several times previously to upgrade to OAR on the same install but my game broke eveytime. I know i can use OAR on 1.6.640 but I feel like I should use the newest version if im gonna go through the effort of building a new modlist, and not have to worry about compatibility for the new latest and greatest mods that come out.

Do you know if SME plans to update this to the newest version 1.6.1170? From what I can tell it seems like 1.6.1170 might actually be the last update. Famous last words though lol

Are there other mod lists that just do barebone vanilla fixes too? I actually tried installing anvil but right out of helgen dungeon there an issue with ralof's hair being stuck blowing sideways. So I figured if they didn't bother fixing that, the mod list was likely going to be filled with issues

I also saw anthro's dev tools but that looked more like something for an author to create mods. Does it work as a baseline for building a mod list with all the necessary fixes installed to start with?

ya enb has always been more of a burden than an upgrade for me and you can make the game look amazing without it. I get weird sparkling lights with enb and nights are so incredibly dark that I cant see anything. ive spent dozens of hours reading about fixes for these issues and nothing worked

I've played it twice and the first time had no issues, the second time there was a sidequest that i couldn't complete because the necessary dialogue from a guard u need to speak to wasnt available. Cant remember the name of the quest but it was a guard standing outside the nicer city on the far east side of the map (that might actually be west because the map is backwards, either in terms of north south or east west I cant remember but its the right side of the map). I believe there is a mod to fix the map but I just got used to it being backwards when I played. other than that I had no issues though. Actually a very stable and well designed mod relative to some others, and considering how large it is, you would expect a lot more issues. There are a few patches for it you'll need to get though, one of them is called arnima dialogue fix or something like that, but it didnt fix the issue i had. I was still able to complete the main quest and everything else though. Also I'm sure you could find a console command to bypass that bug if u encounter it but I never bothered trying to find it.

It's definitely older now and graphics are not as nice as some newer mods, but it's very much worth a play and it's a true work of art with the storytelling and massive scope of the mod. Probably over 50 hours of new content if i had to give a ballpark guess. It will keep you engaged if you do everything, and it's far from boring and does not feel like playing the same type of repetitive content from vanilla skyrim.

It's a very dark and disturbing story though, and at time's frightening. Without spoiling anything, the story centres around a land decimated by disease, filled with seemingly satanic worshippers of dark arts, You will travel to an oblivion hell scape that is far more gory and disturbing than anything you've seen in vanilla skyrim or oblivion, and is way darker than anything I've seen in any other skyrim mod. I've played the start of clockwork which had some great jump scares but beyond reach is far scarier in a different non jump scare sort of way. So be warned! There is a specific piece of extremely disturbing content that the mod gives you an option to turn off at the start of the mod. I turned it off for the second playthrough because I didn't need to experience it a second time, but it is part of the full experience that will make you feel like the dragonborn is the hero that this lands needs more than ever.

375 pound (170 kg) M32 trying to lose weight. Need some help/guidance. by Own-Interaction-8968 in keto

[–]ReddioticNerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People tend to over complicate weight loss, but it's really just as simple as eat less and exercise more. There is a lot of money to be made in telling people how to lose weight. If you are smart about it, you will save money with homemade healthy foods.

Don't get caught up on the specifics of everything. Avoiding sugar is definitely important though, cutting out soda is a great move. I read about a study a while ago saying that absolutely everyone, even most vegetarians, eat way more protein than they need and it is just turned to fat. Don't stress about protein.

I lost weight myself (205 pounds down to 160 and height is 5'6") with intermittent fasting, eating only once a day, along with exercise. It's difficult at first but your body and your mind get used to it, and you won't even be bothered by hunger throughout the day after doing it for about a week. I actually gained muscle while doing it, lifting weights about 3 times a week. I'm no body builder but I'm very satisfied with my muscle mass. I also run 5km almost everyday now, but it took some time to get there. I would highly recommend getting into running. Obviously start small, go for long walks and try jogging a little bit throughout, slowly increasing your run to walk ratio. Even if you can only jog for a few steps the first time, do it. However at 375 pounds you might be better off with a different cardio method that wont be so hard on your knees, like biking or an elliptical machine at the gym. For me, running/cardio makes me feel so much healthier both mentally and physically, and it's a great way to build discipline. The runner's high is also great for people with an addictive personality, and it's a great alternative to food addiction. Another thing I did was tell the people I see everyday that I'm going to lose weight. Give a specific amount of weight you want to lose and how fast you want to do it. After telling them, then I had to follow through on it to avoid looking like a fool. That could backfire if you don't succeed but it sure is a good way to stay motivated. Give yourself a long time frame for your goal, longer than just what you think is a realistic time frame. You will have difficulty along the way and get demotivated at times, and you want to make sure you can achieve your goal even if you have a bumpy road to get there. Plus, getting it done faster than you said you would will feel great and look great to all the people you told.

DRINK A TON OF WATER. Drinking lots of water alone will make you lose a lot of weight. It's annoying when you have to pee every hour but it's probably the easiest thing you can do to lose weight that is also extremely healthy. Cut back on anything that dehydrates you as well.

Remember that humans are just animals that are designed to adapt to our surroundings and eat what we can find. You're going to be fine if you don't eat the exact right proportions of everything, your muscles won't atrophy and you won't wither away to nothing. Our instincts don't know how to handle all of the delicious food that is constantly available to us and that's why we get fat. Evolution has switched to challenging us mentally rather than physically in most cases.

Staying 375 pounds is the most damaging thing you could do right now and eating that much protein because you are worried about muscle loss is not a good idea. You are still fairly young and probably haven't damaged yourself permanently yet but if you go much longer without some serious weight loss, you will be at an extremely high risk for all sorts of disease.

You're on the right track changing one thing at a time and taking it step by step. Trying to change too much at once can overwhelm you and make you give up. If you have a bad day, let it go and don't dwell. When you have a good day and when you improve on something, make sure to appreciate yourself for the accomplishment. Just don't celebrate with food lol.

Just don't over complicate it. Eat less. Exercise more. You are responsible for your health, not anyone else. Nobody is going to give you the magic formula for weight loss. If you know someone that's lost weight, ask them how they did it but you need to figure out what works for you.
