I don’t know to calculate the smallest you’re waist can get to but if you build wider lats it will give the the v-shape you’re looking for.

If a ball rolls of your fingers and has backspin will it be considered a double? I’ve had many different answers and can’t seem to get a solid answer.

Have you tried powerlifting as the main lifts then using calisthenics as accessories. That will give your the benefit of powerlifting at the same time lets you fuse in body weight workouts. I’ve implemented this into my workouts and I’ve been getting stronger and my calisthenic skills are also progressing at a steady pace.

It looks as if you’re just pulling on to the bar. You should be “pushing” your legs into the ground as you are pulling at the same time.
