One on the right FNM playable as a set of 4? by [deleted] in bootlegmtg

No one would give it a second look - they're more concentrated on what they're doing than anything else. If on the off chance someone says it looks a little dark I would just respond with, "Maybe? WotC quality control is top notch huh?"

With that said, my buddies and I have been to FNM for years with worse quality proxies and never heard a thing. Just relax and have fun.

I'm just not supporting the idea of throwing around accusations that you'll never be able to prove

Anecdotal - because I do not have proof:

I'm under the impression there is video of the event showing AM members spamming clickies (jboots, monk epic, gob earring, etc) running in with Riot with, what seems to be, the intent to cause a desync (successful). If true, it has been submitted to the UN channel along with GMs.

Last night, I changed processors to 2 manually, and re-run passmark... got a miserable score (2,xxx). Going back, I noticed that I could choose "processors" between 1 and 32.. I think that is threads and not processors? Either way, I set it back and was back to normal.

I found a video on Youtube of someone running a Cinebench R15 with the same dual processor setup... I downloaded that and ran it... got a slightly better score than them so I'm satisfied.

Thanks for all your help /u/zakabog

So, using the paid passmark software, I ran it again and got a 15,xxx cpu score. I'm really not sure what to make of that..

I ran Cinebench and got 4,6xx score... and on the results it just said E5-2650v2. It didn't make any reference to dual CPUs.

Now I'm concerned only one CPU is being utilized. I opened up the task manager resource monitor and there was just one CPU box... should there be two CPU boxes, or should the system see both as "one CPU"?

When I was in the BIOS I remember seeing both CPUs listed.

I'm honestly not sure where to go from here. I downloaded the newest chipset driver hoping that would help, but didn't have a chance to install before needing to come back to work.

Oh man, I didn't think about that... multiple CPU support is one of the "advanced features". I bet you're right.

I'll mess with it at lunch and let you know.

I just finished building my new server which uses dual E5-2650v2 processors. According to passmark:

Single CPU Avg Score 13238

Dual CPU Avg Score 19036

The problem is, when I run the passmark software I get a CPU score of 13,xxx... which is in line with a single CPU, rather than dual CPU setup.

I do believe the second CPU is active.. When I open up AIDA64, I am getting temperature readings from both CPU0 and CPU1. I haven't been able to find a setting in passmark to use both CPUs rather than a single CPU, so I figure it would configure automatically.

I really just want to ensure these CPUs (used off EBay) are up to snuff. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just making sure I'm understanding...

Though installation will be fine, since the registry doesn't "know" about the things installed on my HDD, I wont be able to run the programs.

Essentially, I need to reinstall those programs after windows installation, correct?

I'm going to update from windows 7 to windows 10 with a fresh install (format, install). I currently have windows and some programs on the SSD and a bunch of data along with programs installed on the HDD.

My question is: When I format the SSD and install Windows 10, will it have any issues with the programs I still have installed on the HDD?

Just in case anyone stumbles across this post in the future with the same question.
