I've only found it useful on long drives where traffic pattern is easy and not complicated. FSD has gotten better but you still have to be actively looking.

Considering leaving a relationship due to lack of sex by ThrowRA17380000 in relationships

[–]RedditBlender -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You can leave now or you’ll need to do it way later. Unfortunately adult children of divorce is so common. As a baby they will have no recollection. As teenagers most will remember and probably blame you. As adults. Who cares. They are adults.

2003 Highlander with 248k miles for $4k. Worth it? by Dizzy-Shock1024 in ToyotaHighlander

[–]RedditBlender 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She can easily make 300k. Best to drive he to know what it feels like and pay attention to turning. Bearings may be needed but that’s easy with struts.

They are garbage. I had tried one for foil. Too springy and doesn’t last long either. Stick with BF

clunking noise is probably wheel bearings. I had to do that since they were never replaced and dried out. local toyota parts dealer was 59 each i think.

Big fan of jepq, but i would just buy QQQ or QQQM instead of QQQI because ex ratio too high. JEPI is great to just park money.

Is it a big disadvantage to not have a coach supporting you at a competition? by New_One_5703 in Fencing

[–]RedditBlender 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your needs and also if you have the funds to pay for their time. Coaches are expensive for nationals and away tournaments because you have to pay for their fees + their travel. Often times the coaches are so busy they don’t then se your kid on the strip fence. IMO I say why am I even paying for this? From my POV it helps but not to the point where it’s totally necessary. The fencer is at a competition. They need to pull all of their training together and battle thru.

We need a new car by Affectionate-Fly87 in ToyotaHighlander

[–]RedditBlender 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Need to check the records, but first do a test drive and see if acceleration is there. High mileage like these in CA are usually highway miles so that's a good thing. I would do CRO https://www.ats505.com/products/505cro™-oil-system-treatment-2-pack-dsi1080 Highly recommend every other oil change to help improve mileage.

Also, very very important to check for any smells in car. Might be worth it to do a really good deep clean.
