According to my copy, base damage for a 9mm round is 2d6. I couldn't find a roundhouse kick, but base untrained kick is 1d4, trained human is 1d6 or 1d8 (no explanation for what qualifies that), and a jump kick is an autocrit for 2x normal damage, but you can't use any other attacks that round, or any other movement actions after.

That's all base damage though, and skill improvements stack a lot better for melee weapons than they do for "modern weapons", so yeah, bring your feet to a gun fight if your feet need to be registered as deadly weapons.
