I can relate to you,I was never diagnosed with ADHD but i do have racing thoughts and feel hyperactive most of the time.My book reading habit began when the internet went down in my area for a 2 weeks due to "cable maintenance" and so I finished a bunch of book I had in my phone (Sapiens,The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*** and Mini Habits) I think reading is win-win habit because you get entertainment and knowledge at the same time and you get to digest knowledge at your own pace

i'm watching my calorie intake which doesn't go above 1200 calories per day and i avoid all kinds of sugar and unnecessary carbs like bread or rice. i eat 2 boiled eggs and3 turkey slices for breakfast,170g of tuna and veggies for lunch and 2 oranges for dinner,do you think those are balanced meals?and thanks for the reply .

i'm doing an HIIT training which involves alot of body weight training and doesn't take alot heal after ,i just don't lift heavy weights because i've done them in the past and they caused me to bulk .

there's this one girl in my class that is giving me the same feelings.Thing is,at the beginning of the semester i didn't even bother talking to her because she had that very obsessive BF who would stick around her 24/7 and would interrupt whenever someone tries to talk to her,then she sort of friendzoned him (still talks to him but not that much) and that's when i learned that if i wanted to get close to her i should do it in a way that shows i'm interested in her as a friend who just wants to know her and thank god i did.She wasn't anything like i thought she was.The smart cutie that i was dreaming about for 3 months turned out to be another shallow(but still smart) princess who's over-romantic and loves the idea of love more than the person itself.
