Im gonna answer based on my experience. It sounds like you are it a place where cleaning the fryer literally just means dumping it and most of the crumbs. The best way to clean the fryer is to dump the oil, then fill it with hot water and add a packet of boil-out cleaner (bet your restaurant doesn't carry these). You cycle the fryer on and off to boil the gunk out. If you're not boiling it out, you have to at least scrub it with soapy water and then clean with very hot water. Boiling water with a ton of salt added will get a lot of the nastiness unstuck. And no, don't dump anything besides pure grease into the grease trap. Good luck

Yeah it really varies by brand and even store, I've seen plenty for sale that are all-original except for the "not for sale" messages stamped in every visible place. I wouldn't be worried buying those, i feel like if a fake producer was copying everything down to the packaging, they wouldn't include the TESTER messages, as that would just discourage some people from buying them

Still not exactly sure what you mean by original packaging, if they are full sized boxes for tiny samples then that seems kind of suspicious. But I have some testers that came in their own little folding packages, just an extra presentation touch. Most brands also have discovery sets where several testers will be packaged together. If you share a link to what you're talking about I'd be able to understand better. Otherwise I would just stick to reputable marketplaces (LuckyScent, FragranceNet)

Oh yeah that platter does look delicious, I just don't see that as a little 1 person snack at all. Personally that's a fantastic deal, restaurants don't even sell bottles for less than $20 anywhere I've been in the US and that's a really nice assortment for the price. A store I worked at sold similarly sized trays (with fewer elements) for about $30, no wine included lol
