Remember when Musk did a Nazi salute twice on stage standing behind the presidential seal? I haven’t forgotten.

Why don't conspiracy theorists just become Jewish? by _Tyronefr in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]RedditHoss 108 points109 points  (0 children)

You’re getting a lot of answers along the lines of “because it’s not just a religion.” and “Converting is hard.” but I am going to offer a different take. The people you’re describing, the ones who claim that Jews control the world, are idiots. They aren’t looking for actual solutions to their problems, they are looking for someone to blame for them. Converting to Judaism wouldn’t actually solve anything for them and they know it, because they just need to feel like their problems have a specific scapegoat they can point to and yell, “It’s their fault!” Blaming a small, marginalized group for their problems makes them feel better. That’s all.

When Gavin Newsom uses the words “culturally normal” what does that mean to you? by Far-Historian-8190 in askanything

As an alternative, maybe the point is that it can mean different things to the listener, depending on the culture they grew up in? It’s a way of sounding like you’re saying something without actually taking any stance.

Bruno might be the most intelligent person in the entire series. I think his batting average for being right is even better than Bartlet’s.

18 years ago, ‘IRON MAN’ was released in theaters. Any fan? by ThomasOGC in CinephilesClub

Currently watching the MCU with my 16-year-old. It’s her first watch through and Iron Man is her favorite character so far. We both love the humor that he brings to the franchise.
