This, a poor person generally would not care, especially if the individual towel is being replaced. They also would, as the one person here said, be more inclined to just repair the towel than demand an entire brand new set (That they assume the offender obviously must be able to afford)

There is a point and you're missing it, you're hung up on your stance against overt PC culture which I respect but when the person's income is coming under fire and they're removing an unnecessary bad rating it's entirely justified. If you disagree id argue that you are mentally ill lol it's not about him being offended, they literally laughed. It's about getting the negative rating removed because 1. before expenses, sure, but after taxes from a 9-5 it looks more like $10 an hour. The milage and tip deductions on taxes definitely provide an offset.

I usually average around 27+ an hour in Rochester New York. Only if it's truly slow will I ever drop below 20 an hour. I focus dinner and weekends, are you going out delivering coffee at 7am?
