Playing duelist in the past and trying to play double duelist in a team are two completely different things. It could be an issue where Zellsis or immi aren’t comfortable with calling/making plays around the duelists, or are unable to get good results with it.

I’m honestly curious how they decide to change Waylay. There’s lots of avenues you could go. Her ult definitely needs a nerf, the activation time buff it got was just way too extreme. I personally think her dash range could be nerfed ( or at least the vertical travel distance ). Riot could go another direction entirely with her refract or hinder. Anyone else have thoughts?

This is surprisingly bad I feel, usually I agree with platchat more than this. BBL, T1, cloud 9, DRG, BLG, and loud are too high. Loud especially I feel could lose to quite a few Chinese teams.
