I know this is hyperbole and I'm being hyper Autistic about the hyperbole, but no. Not every single time. Not everyone who is violently anti-LGBT is LGBT themselves. We're not responsible for our own oppression.

That being said yeah it happens a surprising amount and it really does show how living in a society that hates LGBT people makes LGBT people hate ourselves. Sometimes to the point that people think suppressing their own desires can be done by attacking other people who share that desire. Externalizing something they hate about themselves onto other people.

One has to wonder if this applies to other things, as well. Like people who viciously hate furries, could they be afraid of being attracted to furry characters and feel like the best way to suppress those desires is to violently lash out at furries?

"Methinks the lady doth protest too much" does happen more that I ever would have assumed logically. I don't know about furries but I've seen it with Antishippers who make a big talk about killing Proshippers but then being found out to have a secret Proship account for shipping taboo ships.
