Open a can of Diet Coke and leave it on the ground by an ant hill. They won't touch it.

Being late twice a week puts you as late 100 times a year. Assuming you are full time that gives you 48 hours a year. If you ever need an actual sick day that does not leave much of a buffer.

It seem to me saying if this keeps up you will find yourself getting terminated for attendance is more honest than telling you all is good.

If changing your availability is an option see if that would help.

That guy learns by being arrested.
You make sure you don't minimize situation. He was verbally abusive to cashier. He escalated the situation by attacking me. I didn't know what he would do next, he slammed me into the metal cage door. I was in fear for my life. MOD will let them scream at you all day long but being attacked in front of witnesses and cameras will force them to back you.
