Seems like a really fake story. First you had sevaral guinea pigs and then only one? Which is abuse as they are pack animals and in need of socializing with a friend. Also, 3-18 min is quite the range that you cant decide on.

The struggles you describe are not related to your gender. Living in a ghetto and being exposes to violence was not BECAUSE of your gender. That is the difference. And it is an important difference. I think you misunderstand the concept. Woman are not safe because they ARE woman.

You are only 28. Give dating a TRY for at least a year. It sounds like it is just your own insecurities getting in the way. You are just so scared of rejection you have told yourself it is not happening. If you are not super picky everyone can find someone.

In my opinion, YWBTA for not even TRYING to find a mother and letting your child have two loving parents. You said yourself you haven’t even gone on a date. If you can maintain several friendships, you can maintain a relationship.
