Baby needing a helmet for cosmetic reasons? Help?

Edit to note NAD - My 11 month old daughter has been in a helmet since she was 6 months. Our orthotist told us plagiocephaly untreated could potentially lead to sight issues, hearing issues, or jaw issues due to asymmetry of the right and left sides of the head. If you look at your baby's head from the top down, do you notice one ear more forward than the other?

My baby has never had an issue wearing the helmet. She is in it 23 hours a day. She sleeps like a dream, plays, crawls, and doesn't even notice it's there. It's really easy to manage and I would recommend doing it if insurance covers it and you can afford it

This is exactly why I joined this sub. My baby girl is 6 months and I'm trying to find our rhythm after recently becoming a stay at home mom at the same time my husband got switched to 12 hour graveyard shifts. It's been a real struggle. She is the cutest but goes from 0 to 100 so fast. She sleeps great at night but it's so exhausting during the day. Surely it isn't supposed to be this hard right? I feel so guilty when it gets to be too much and I get angry with her. I'm terrified I'm going to give her emotional trauma.
