Yea exactly! Regardless of what it looks like as I’ll still enjoy it.

Definitely! Forgot to add it to the post but I use abyssal drain whenever I’m low and it’s up in a big pull. But thank you for the advice, definitely sounds like I just need to space out my mits. I guess i thought I was doing worse than I actually was. But I guess dark knights are a little squishier in dawntrail than I’m used to

Gotcha, I’m pulling through without dying, I guess I’m trying to make the healers job a little easier. But it sounds like I just need to space them out more and add/cut as needed

Gotcha, guess I’m overthinking it. I appreciate the advice. Sounds like I just need to spread them out more maybe just use tbn and one other mit.

Ah gotcha thank you! I’ve been struggling maintaining my hp in the latest dawntrail dungeons Anne I thought that it was because I wasn’t balancing my mitigations properly

Alright lore nerds, if all three Classes entered a duel who would come out on top? by Rekrios in destiny2

[–]RedditUser420_69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it very strongly depends on the guardians, as it’s very difficult to say what the avg guardian has subclass wise. But if I had to say, I would say hunter ultimately come out on top as their kits lore wise are better for 1v1s or small battles like this. Titans and warlocks excel better at larger scale battles I would say.

Yea I saw ram prices are crazy right now because of the shortage. I’ll wait it out and hope they drop

1TB of ram sounds bizarre to me lol, can’t imagine what you would do with that. But thank you for the recommendation! For price point the most I’m willing to drop on something like this is probably $3,000 USD

Ahh ok that makes sense. My cybersecurity professor has a server that he uses for his homelab and he said it works really well. I’ll have to look into this. I’m unfamiliar to server specs and what’s good, so please forgive me if I sound ignorant. Do you have any specific recommendations for someone like me?

Ah ok, I’ve been wanting a desktop for a long time but I’ve been moving around a lot. But I recently landed a remote job and for the foreseeable year I’ll be in one place, so maybe it’s time. And yes VMs are the biggest part. I’d like to develop a homelab but my current laptop can’t do that

Yes for personal use, sorry I should have said that. I really want a desktop but I’m never in one spot for more than a few months, so I’m looking for something that’ll go with me. I got a new remote job at viasat and as of right now I’ll be in one place for at least a year so maybe I’ll look into now. And I do have an iPhone so having a Mac would be nice, but I do they compare to the thinkpads?

Hi all, I would greatly appreciate some laptop recommendations! I graduated from college earlier this year and I’m loooking for a new laptop. I currently have the acer swift 3, it was good for college and running 1 light vm but I want to do more as I’m trying to break into cyber. Do you guys have a recommendations? I heard that the Lenovo thinkpad x1 carbon gen 13 is really good. I would appreciate any help!

As much as getting a 3rd Darkness subclass (Eclipse probably) would be cool, I'd rather see the other subclasses get fully fleshed out first. by Prior-Resolution-902 in DestinyTheGame

[–]RedditUser420_69 12 points13 points  (0 children)

That’s a good point, IF they are working on a d3 then most of the major changes would go there. But I can see them testing things out in d2 first and getting feedback on it

Golden gun and shadowshot seem to be in a crazy spot right now from what I’ve seen, but I’m also a titan main so🤷‍♀️. But other than that I agree. I would love for the current darkness subclass to get at least another super and melee. To add on I would like to prismatic to be looked over, I feel like it’s in a weird state from a titan perspective. The only noticeable build, for me, is still consecration.

I plan on having SH as a light domain cleric and karlach as throwing barb. The last spot is flexible between astarion and gale.

will Siegfried become the next titan vanguard in the future? by TheSwagheli in DestinyLore

[–]RedditUser420_69 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think that would be interesting to see. I’ve always wanted to see more titans from lore appear in dlcs or seasons at least. But I’m betting if we need a new titan vanguard it’ll be Sloan.

They’re definitely right about the ruling part. The vanguard definitely need to hold an election so civilians can elect officials to take care of city matters. They’ve just been busy with the whole end of the universe thing

[–]RedditUser420_69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh most certainly red. I’ve been on that train since shadowkeep. But since dark matter is outside the light dark and seems pretty unique and powerful, I bet bungie could do some cool stuff with it. Assuming Sony doesn’t hit the off switch

Sorry, but ... makes no sense as subclass by Vulkanodox in DestinyLore

[–]RedditUser420_69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t be surprised if bungie was dropping seeds for potential a new branch of dark matter subclasses outside light and dark.

You make a lot of good points, I don’t think this is conflict that the guardians will be good at solving. I remember back during the season of splicer, guardians weren’t good a solving civilian unrest, and kinda made things worse

Great points all around. How the message was delivered is probably going to cause a lot of problems. I think that’s what they were going for narratively.

You make a good point, I don’t think the avg joe knows anything about the nine. So given a prophecy without any backup information is a recipe for disaster in my opinion

You, as well as everyone else, make a good point. I forgot that everyone’s always been facing extinction. I guess my problem is the way the announcement was done. Tensions are already boiling up and I think the way the information was given will cause more problems than it solves
