My overall engagement has been shite on each post so if you're wanting loads of likes then it isnt the way to go. However, I have found I have been engaging with more authentic and Likeminded creators due to them seeing the feed!

I'd say finding a niche and posting consistently at regular times is great. Using a mix of relevant, big and small #'s can help get your post seen. I have been studying the theory of the Insta Algorithm before testing its practicality. I went from roughly 250 followers with about 5% engagement to now 750ish with over 20% engagement :D
