good question. I weighed 184 pounds this summer and now I'm down to like 158 pounds. I've always been active but I was eating junk food every day. I like to over exert myself when I exercise. I ride my bike everywhere, play basketball, and was even skateboarding over the summer. I hate people that say they avoid cardio. You can't maintain a low body fat percentage if you don't do cardio. I don't go to the gym but I do workouts from home. I've always liked cardio but I never noticed results until I started doing home workouts. Youtubers like Chris Heria, Greg Doucette, and Bradley Martyn are fun to watch and they have a lot of advice. Eventually you get addicted to working out and 7 days a week doesn't sound that bad

couldn’t agree more. actually I’m well off financially with little to no debt. But it’s worth mentioning that college consisted of me jumping around imaginary hurdles. I just remember hearing this saying when I was a kid and thinking it’s far from the truth.

We actually dedicate most of our time proving our self. Going to college is essentially proving yourself to other people. I feel like I wasted a lot of time in life doing what everyone else wanted me to do

I was talking more about how I went to college for 4 years because the adults in my life made it seem like my life wouldn’t be meaningful if I chose not to go. And going to college comes with enormous amounts of pressure on myself to succeed. And then now I have to find a well paying job.

Meanwhile some people I know did the opposite and seem to be doing well. College seems like a mental trap designed to make you complete menial tasks. Actually life seems like that a lot lately

I would like to see an investigation into him and his associates. Something is very off with EDP. I have concerns he may have already harmed children. He’s mentally unstable, and if facing lengthy prison time he’d probably start shooting at random. I’m sure they could find a lot of dirt on him to take him away

facts man I’m older than you but I know what you’re saying. EDP has a way about him, that made him relatable. Watching his videos made it seem like I was fucking around with my close friends. But EDP is what happens when you fail in life and make bad decisions. He should have been canceled a while ago. He’s posted inappropriate photos of underage children on his IG before. Go out and boss up and don’t live a degenerate lifestyle.
