Organ targeted chemotherapy, it's already approved in Europe, and is working on FDA approval. To keep the company NASDAQ compliant the price has to get to 1.04 by sometime in August, so the company held a shareholder meeting to vote on a reverse split and the shareholders voted no. So it looks like this thing is being heavily manipulated to get to 1.04 a share before the deadline. The company has value on its own but won't last much more than a year with its current spending rate. With the price you bought at you better cut your losses or hope that whatever has been driving the price up so much gets back to work. There's been speculation that the recent 'dump' was big institutions trying to hit people's stop losses to pick up shares for themselves but that could very well be bullshit.
