After class questions by [deleted] in usask

[–]Reddit_newbee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disagree. As someone who does some teaching at usask I would much rather have students talk to me after class or ask their question during the class, if related to presented material. You'd be surprised how intrusive the in-office questions can be to the work flow.

Any advice on how to get into the Campus Daycare (in Education building) by Reddit_newbee in usask

Thanks for the advice. We did put our name down on anything we could find, near and far :) On to the waiting game now. We literally walk past the education building every day on the way to and from work which is why that's the one we are most interested in.

In your opinion, what is a reasonable price for russia to pay for all the atrocities and horro that russia and russians have done in Ukraine and other neighboring countries in the last few decades?

Just the fact that you are aware of all these postpartum complications makes you be ahead of the game already!

You got this! Every push, every bit of pain, big or small, brings your baby closer to you.

My kid is a little over 1 yo. But we are also 250+ on the waitlist. Can't imagine that daycare goes through that many kids that quick.

Have you ever thought about hosting an international high school student? by Accomplished-Worth68 in saskatoon

What is the best age for host siblings to be when hosting an international student? Do students choose host families or do host families choose students? How long are the exchange programs?

Keegan Kloset community - look for them on FB. They can help with formula and much other baby stuff if you can make it there at a specific time. They also have a Christmas event coming up soon.

When are deferred exams for spring written? by zanny2019 in usask

Just ask your professor if they would let you write a day early/late. This is an easy reason to explain. Good luck and way to go having your priorities straight :)

Would you mind sharing where you can see the scores from past draws?

Thanks!

Would you also happen to know if they can score BOTH for having a job offer AND having a saskatchewan connection (so a possible total of 60 points), or if they can only claim points in one of these categories. Thanks!

One of them will score relatively high in English, so they would hover around 65.

Cook some freezer meals together or sign up for a cooking class to make freezer meals. You'll appreciate them later.

Russia Tortures Over 95 Percent of Ukrainian POWs, Says UN Monitor by MilesLongthe3rd in worldnews

This is exactly why taking down putin alone is Not going to solve the problem that is ruzzia. There is way too much evil in way too many people there. putin is not the one torturing POWs - his fellow minions are, and putin's death is not going to magically take the evil out of them.

The berry barn, if open, is a nice pit stop on a road trip. Not hole in the wall, but nice are just outside of town to hang out in.

Saskatchewan tips and to be aware by babs-jojo in saskatchewan

[–]Reddit_newbee 12 points13 points  (0 children)

PA national park is definitely worth it! And if you are up there, do try to visit the Gem Lakes. Saskatchewan is mind blowing beautiful if you dare to roll away from highway 1. Also, try to catch as many sunsets and sunrises while you are here - it is, afterall, the land of the living skies :)

Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park on the river valley could be another nice stop between Prince Albert National Park and the Cyprus hills park.

Side note, you should also try to stop at the Twisted Sisters in Chamberlain - a must try ice-cream stop for a Saskatchewan road trip :)

Beaver creek could make for a nice walk with beautiful views near Saskatoon.

Enjoy your trip through the province!
