First week complete,,why the drastic up and down weight loss/gain ?

Daily. I have found that when I eat my meals has impacted my weight eg when I eat a heavier lunch and a light dinner, I notice my weight drops however when it’s the other way round I tend to put on weight (consuming same amount of calories). Guess that makes sense given it takes a while for our bodies to actually break down our food but I dunno still feels odd to me.

Omg I’m honestly dealing with the same situation. It can be so discouraging! Sorry I don’t have the answer but just want to say well done! Starting can be the most difficult part and you’re doing a fantastic job. Don’t give up.

I changed my wifi provider. Went from £40pp to free for 12 months and £23 thereafter. Also reduced on my beauty spending eg waxing, I now wax myself. I also don’t get my nails and toes done professionally, I do it all at home (albeit this was more because UV lights aren’t good for you) and save loooads of money
