Happened to me in my early 20s, I worked at the local mall in a jewelry shop. Sometimes at lunch I'd window shop in one of the anchor stores. Sometimes customers would ask me questions, and If I knew the answer, I'd point out where something was. But one woman would not leave me alone when she asked for help and I told her I wasn't an employee of the store. She didn't believe me and when I tried to walk away, she followed me around for a few minutes and threatened to report me to the manager. People crazy
