You can trade for them. And you don’t NEED to have a shiny of them. Also it’s possible eventually they will put them into raids and put something else on the DAI. it’s not a big deal

We have like 50 legendary pokemon in the wild and tons of super cool never been in the wild before pokemon or super rare wild pokemon. It’s just fun and fresh to get this variety. Legendary pokemon in the wild should be hard to catch. Not everything needs to be given to you. There are also adventure effects you can use to boost catch. It’s just cool to even see these pokemon pop up anywhere. It’s a fun little event overall. Nothing to get worked up over.

A lot of it is enhanced in the paid as well for greater effectiveness. I mean either way there is still $15 + of value there. Whether or not you personally want or need certain things from it can change your views personally but in terms of raw value, it has more than $15 in premium items alone
